DeAnima Psychiatric Services is owned & operated by Lacresha L. Hall, M.D. Dr. Hall is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine & Certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine

Comprehensive Evaluations for Treatment        Adults = 60 - 90 minutes

                                                                           Children & Adolescents = 90 - 180 minutes

 

Medication Management                                    Basic Medication Management = 30 minutes

                                                                           Extended Medication Management = 60 minutes

 

Individual Therapy                                              60 minutes

 

Couples Therapy                                                60 - 90 minutes 
 

Forensic Evaluations                                           Variable
 


Fees

 

In order to provide the time necessary to provide quality psychiatric treatment Dr. Hall practices on a fee for service basis and does not accept insurance. Although, Dr. Hall does not accept insurance she is happy to provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  

 
Referrals
 

For forensic psychiatric evaluations referrals are only accepted by attorneys, courts, insurance companies and employers.
